We do not offer generic or pre-set training programs. Our very first step is conducting a detailed training needs analysis. We will be having extensive discussions with you and skill gap identification sessions with the participants. Our team will then design a plan and content for the training. Upon finalization, we commence the delivery.

Our Facilitators
Chathura Vidanapathirana B.Sc. (Hons) Engineering - Moratuwa
Chathura (aka CJ) is the founder of Creative Junction and the lead facilitator of our programs. He is an engineering graduate of the University of Moratuwa and an associate engineer of the Engineering Council of Sri Lanka (IESL & ECSL). He currently serves as a trainer, lecturer & researcher in civil engineering, and a consultant in transportation engineering.
CJ’s journey includes an executive committee role (2014/2015) as the vice president for talent management at AIESEC in University of Moratuwa (AIESEC is the world’s largest youth-run organization). During his tenure, he was recognized as the ‘Best Young Leader’ of AIESEC Sri Lanka at the National Award Ceremony. He was also actively engaged in Toastmasters Club and served as the vice president for membership and then held the position of president at the University of Moratuwa Toastmasters Club (2020/2021). During his presidency, the club achieved ‘President’s Distinguished’ status. Presently, he is a member of the Lion Club of Boralesgamuwa Metro. Over the years, he has taken on key roles within the club, including executive committee member for membership, treasurer, and the second vice president, contributing to the club’s humanitarian projects and community engagement.
A few noteworthy achievements of CJ when he was a student of Mahanama College, Colombo 03 are; he was ranked first in the island in G.C.E. A/L examination 2011 (old syllabus) in physical science stream and he was a part of the cadet platoon that achieved first place in the battalion camp of 2066.
Yasara Gunawardena
Yasara has a strong academic foundation in biotechnology and she holds a degree from Swinburne University. Currently, she is pursuing a master’s degree in agricultural microbiology at the University of Colombo, showcasing her commitment to knowledge and growth. She is also a diploma holder in National Vocational Qualifications.
Yasara’s career extends into the corporate world, where she serves as a Product Manager for John Morris Group, Australia. Her role involves overseeing and managing products, sales, and customer relations demonstrating her proficiency in handling complex corporate responsibilities. In academia, Yasara has been working as a Visiting Lecturer for over six years, contributing her expertise and experience to nurture the next generation of professionals.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Yasara is an active member of Lions Club, a testament to her commitment to community service and humanitarian initiatives. She has held several executive committee roles, including the esteemed position of President. Her impactful leadership extended to the role of Zone Chairman, reflecting her passion for making a positive difference in the community.
Yasara possesses outstanding linguistic skills in English, a crucial asset in the realm of effective communication. Her proficiency in corporate skills and the art of emceeing underscores her versatile skill set. Yasara’s dynamic blend of academic and corporate experiences, leadership in humanitarian efforts, and expertise in linguistic and communication skills make her an invaluable asset to our team at Creative Junction. Samadhi Dadallage
Samadhi holds a degree from Swinburne University, majoring in Human Resources, a field that encompasses organizational dynamics and human capital management. Her academic journey extends to several unique qualifications, including proficiency in Korean and French and a diploma in Psychology.
In addition to her educational accomplishments, Samadhi has actively engaged in the Interact Club, demonstrating her dedication to community service and personal growth. Notably, she has achieved a CELTA qualification, certifying her as a highly skilled English language tutor. Her passion for teaching, coupled with her strong HR background, positions her perfectly to impart vital communication skills to our students.
Samadhi’s proficiency in English, complemented by her extensive teaching experience, makes her an invaluable asset to our team. Her commitment to nurturing effective communication and her ability to connect with students align seamlessly with Creative Junction’s mission. Her dynamic approach, strong linguistic abilities, and educational expertise create a vibrant learning environment for our students.
